4 STAR-PURDUE -13.5 over MINNESOTA
We are coming right back with the Boilermakers who won for us here last week against Central Michigan. Joe Tiller's boys are 7-1 ATS here and average 27 points against the Gophers. QB Painter is averaging 317 yards and Minny has given up over 400+ passing in their last 7. It should be over by half time.

3 STAR-BYU -11.5 over Air Force
The Flyboys are coming in off an overtime upset win with TCU. While the Cougars are feeling the sting of an upset loss to Tulsa. The winner of this game is 19-1 ATS and BYU has won the last three by 19 points per game. This is a conference game and BYU the better team.

3 STAR-ARIZONA STATE -11.5 over Oregon State
Welcome back to college football HC Dennis Erickson who stands at 3-0 averaging 37 points per game. The home team here is 17-2-1 ATS and why not with these climate changes. There will some revenge here but ASU doesn't need it.

4 STAR-Minnesota Vikings at Kansas City Chiefs -3
The Chiefs missing QB Trent Green play their home opener after two road losses. The Vikings lost a tough division game at the Lions and now travel to K.C. Not easy! The Chiefs get their first win.

3 STAR- San Francisco 49ers at Pittsburgh Steelers -9.5
A game featuring two 2-0 teams looks like it should be a close one. It won't be. The Steelers are much better at every position. The 49ers have been very lucky. The Steelers win big.

3 STAR-Detroit Lions at Philadelphia Eagles -6
QB Donovan McNabb should worry more about winning,then what people say about him. if they don't win this week, they will have plenty to say about him. The Lions have played no one and will get beat up here.
